Wennica is now qualified to the World Championships for young horses in Verden, 31 July to 3 August. The result in Falsterbo confirmed the good results during the spring and we now look forward to her and Pernillas efforts. Already last year they participated among the 5-year old and became the best Swedish horse, placed 12th in the final!

In the final of Scandinavian Open for 6-year old horses, Wennica was placed 5th, with 66,29%, after a good but still tensed performance.

Pernilla and Wennica, by Longchamp out of Wahre Liebe (by Warkant-Wendekreis) were placed shared 4th in the semi final of Scandinavian Open for 6-year old horses with 68,86%. Wennica is still a bit tensed, remembering last year's final where she was frightened, but did a good presentation.

Renoir
Renoir, by Ravell out of Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx), owned and ridden by Miriam Salzer-Mörling, bred by Stuteri Stubbäng, has won MB:4 for the third time in a row! In Håbo on 13 June they won with 70%, in Lejondal on 7 June with 71,8% and on Djurgården on 25 May with 66,7%. Congratulations Miriam, we look forward to the future!

At the three year test in Strömsholm Markoupoulo, by Metall out of Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan) received a diploma in gaits with 47 points (7 8 8 8 8 8). Markoupoulo is bred by Stuteri Stubbäng and is since February owned by Anna Persson-Lardinger, Sparreholm. Congratulations!

At the three year test in Uddevalla, Hot Romance by Don Romantic out of Havanna (by Bellini-Cyrano) received a diploma in gaits with 47 points (8 8 7 8 8 8). Hot Romance is bred by Stuteri Stubbäng and is now ownded by Camilla Jarnedal! Congratulations!

Late inte the evening of 22 April Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan) had a dark bay filly by First Wish. She was 109 cm high and will be named Wishie.
Don Giovanni
In the evening of 27 April Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) had a dark bay colt by Don Romantic. He was 112 cm high and will be named Don Giovanni.
Fighter
On 9 April Wahre Liebe (by Warkant-Wendekreis) had a black, very nice colt by First Wish. Unfortunately Fighter didn't make it and lived only for 2,5 weeks.

Di Caprio
Di Caprio has been sold and exported to Denmark
Di Caprio has been sold to in Thomas Kirk Kristiansen, son of the owner of Blue Hors Stud in Danmark. Di Caprio will be competed by Thomas wife Signe Kirk Kristiansen, with support and training by Andreas Helgstrand. The export of Di Caprio has organised through Jan Brink, Tullstorp Dressage Stable.
Di Caprio is born in 1999 and has been owned by Stall André AB and Stuteri Stubbäng. Pernilla André has trained and competed him and they made their first start in Intermediére II in November and were placed second. During 2007 they have started 17 times and were placed 1st five times, 2nd seven times and 3rd three times. Totally they have 548 championship points meaning a 12th place among all horses in Sweden this year. Di Caprio has also just been nominated to the Rider's gala show as one of the three for the title "Tomorrow's horse"!

Gazella
We have sold a part of Gazella by Don Primero out of Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) to Beneccus AB. We have thereby safeguarded that Pernilla André will continue to train and compete her. Gazella had a diploma and 51 point, among other 10 for trot, at the 3-year test in Flyinge this spring and was given Lennart Olssons memorial price. At the final of the Sport and Breeding championship in Flyinge a couple of weeks ago she was placed 6th of 70 horses.

WENNICA Breeder's Trophy winner!
Wennica
At the Sport and Breeding championship in Flyinge, Pernilla André started with three horses, bred by us, and had fantastic results!
Best was Wennica, by Longchamp out of Wahre Liebe (by Warkant-Wendekreis) who won Breeder's Trophy for 5-year old horses! After the semi final, Wennica was second and then improved in the final. The German judge, Christoff Hess, praised both the horse and the rider plus said that they are trained exactly in the right way. This resulted in the first place in Breeder's Throphy and a second place in the open championship.
Brazil
Brazil, by Briar out of Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan), who now is owned by Pernilla and Johan Hokfelt, was also qualified for the final but was there a bit too tensed to be placed high.
Gazella
Gazella by Don Primero out of Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) participated in the class for three-year old horses and was one of the 10 horses, out of 70 starting, that qualified for the final. She was there placed sixth and was judged positively for her good gaits and her elegance.

By being second in the small final, they were qualified to the final where they advanced up to 12th place! Wennica was the only, and thereby also the best, Swedish horse in the final!

Di Caprio
Di Caprio and Pernilla André had a special invitation to the international classes, based on the good results they have achieved during the spring! The made an excellent effort and had the best Swedish results during both days as well as totally. In Prix St George they were second with 68,42% and in Intermediere I third with 65,55%.
Wennica
Brazil
Pernilla also rode Wennica, by Longchamp out of Wahre Liebe (by Warkant-Wendekreis) and Brazil, by Briar out of Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan) that both were qualified to Scandinavian Open for five year old horses. In the semi final they were both placed fifth with exactly the same scores, 70,62. In the final Brazil was placed seventh with 70,12 while Wennica was frightened and thereby tensed with an number of mistakes as a result and was placed 12th.

During the weekend 20-21st May, our horses, or horses bred by us, were successful at different places!
In Björbäck, Di Caprio and Pernilla André won Intermediere I with 68,75% and also won his first start in SB:1 with 66,6%.
Wennica was third in the final programme for 5-year old horses with 78,2%. She is already qualified so this was some extra training in heavy rain and a slippery and also heavy arena.
Brunei by Bernstein 761 out of Havanna (by Bellini - Cyrano), bred by Stuteri Stubbäng, won both LB:3 and LA:4.
At competitions in Hogsta, Renoir, by Ravell out of Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx), bred by Stuteri Stubbäng, with Miriam Salzer-Mörling 2nd in MB:4 with 66,9%.

Nasdaq, by New Balance out of Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan) was also shown at the 3-years test in Flyinge and he also received gaits diploma. He also had 51 points (989898). Nasdaq is bred by Stuteri Stubbäng but was bought as foal by Stall André.

This year's second foal has now arrived. In the evening of 21st April, Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) had a black colt by Don Primero. It's the fifth full sibling. One of the sisters, Gazella, will start the three year test at Flyinge on 30th April.
Brazil, by Briar out of Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan) was 2nd in another LB:3 with 77,27% and won LA:3 with 77.74%. Both horses were ridden by Pernilla André who also owns Brazil together with Johan Hokfelt while Wennica still is owned by Stuteri Stubbäng.

Weydi had the following judgement at the foal championship:

Last Saturday, Februari 4, Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) had twins. Unfortunately it was too early in the pregnancy, 296 days, for any of them to survive. Gianna had been examined by ultrasound at 18, 40 and after 90 days without any indications of twins. Unfortunately this can still happen. Gianna is luckily recovering well.

Weltladys (e Weltmeyer-Lanthan) first daughter, the state premium mare Dorain by Dream of Glory, has already produced two licenced stallions. In Germany, Royal Highness by Regazzoni and in Denmark Stallone. Royal Highness won his 30-days test, was the best 4-year old stallion in Hannover and was placed 7th in the Bundeschampionat (6 horses to the final). He's owned by the Axel Windeler family . In Denmark, Stallone by Schwarzenegger was approved as 3-year old during 2004.

Bernice and Madeleine Lorichs 4th placed in the Swedish Championships for young riders!
Bernice by Bernstein 761 out of Henna 18570 was placed 4th in the Swedish Championships for young riders. After some times rest after an injury, Bernice is now back and has already shown very good results together with Madeleine at her first year as Young rider. Bernice is bred by Stuteri Stubbäng and brother to Havanna.

The last one of this year's four foals has now arrived! In the evening of May 15, Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) had a filly by Don Primero. Her name is Gazella and she is dark bay, almost black and has a small star. She is very elegant with tall legs. This was the fourth full sibbling and the oldest of them, Gerbera, had a diploma in gaits at Strömsholm, just a few weeks ago, see below.

Our third foal for this year has now arrived. Late in the evening of May 9, Wahre Liebe (by Warkant-Wendekreis) had a filly by Don Primero. She will be called Wenezia and will be almost black, has a star, a snip and a white hind sock. She has tall legs, is 106 cm, with a beautiful head and has nice lines.

Di Caprio did his first start in LA for young horses in Dagstorp on May 1. He was placed 6th with 74,80%. Thereby, he is qualified to the semi finals in both Scandinavian Open in Falsterbo as well as Breeder's Trophy in Flyinge.

At the 3-years test at Strömsholm, Donna Gerbera by Don Primero 981 out of Gianna (by Grundsee-Shogun xx) was given a diploma and 48 points as a dressage talent. Congratulations to Anna Björkman-Roos and Don Primero dressage stable and good luck in the National show at Strömsholm in the end of May!
Donna Gerbera is bred by Stud Stubbäng. Her mother, Gianna is
expecting her fourth Don Primero offspring within a few weeks only.

Also our second foal this year is a chestnut colt called Nasdaq! Late in the evening on April 10,
Weltlady (by Weltmeyer-Lanthan) had a colt by New Balance (by Indoctro-Sit this one out xx). He is very elegant and has tall legs (110 cm), is chestnut
with a blaze and has white diagonal long stockings and has probably also white markings on the other legs as well.

Dow Jones.
Everything went according to the manual and he has tall legs and beautiful head, neck and lines.

Bernice and Madeleine Lorichs won the gold medal at the Swedish Junior championships!
Bernice by Bernstein 761 out of Henna 18570 didn't only win gold in the Swedish Junior
championships but did also, a few weeks ago win the team bronze medal at the European Junior
Championships in Saumur in France and was also the best Swede individually with a 7th place.
Bernice is bread by Stuteri Stubbäng and brother to Havanna.
